It turns out Disney World wasn’t the Happiest Place on Earth Wednesday when a crazy family-on-family street fight broke out and at least one person needed to be taken away in an ambulance to get fixed up after the fisticuffs.
An alleged dispute over line cutting eventually led to an outright brawl between two families at Disney World in Orlando earlier in the evening of July 20th, after some sort of disagreement transpired about line etiquette at Mickey’s PhilharMagic theatre attraction.
Witnesses used their phones to record the chaotic fight and posted it on their social networks. A bystander’s video captured the children crying, while panicked adults can be heard screaming and calling for help from security.
“We came upon it, and it appeared as though it took about two minutes for two security personnel to arrive. Deputies arrived probably about five minutes after that,” an eyewitness told the local Fox station.
Here’s what reportedly happened:
A female Disney guest was waiting to get into Mickey’s PhilharMagic and she realized she left her phone somewhere, so she left the line to go get it, while her family stayed in line.
When she returned, another family tried to block her from rejoining her family.
Her relatives reportedly waited outside the ride and confronted the other group when they came out.

While fights at Disney parks are not new, incidents of mass violence have risen sharply since the COVID-19 pandemic, with the Florida resort reporting more than half a dozen this year alone.
