In Arizona, a terrible incident happened when a customer thought he could touch a female bartender inappropriately without any consequences. However, he was mistaken. The 32-year-old bartender, Krystal Olsen, had been serving drinks to the drunkard all evening during an alcohol-fueled weekend when he groped her behind after reaching up her skirt. This act of assault left Olsen fuming with anger.
Working with drunk men every night at the bar, Olsen had a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual misconduct. She made it clear to the drunken customer that she would not tolerate his violation of her body.
In response to the customer’s inappropriate action, Olsen put him in a chokehold and dragged him out of the bar without any help. She wanted the sexual predator to know that she was stronger than him and that she didn’t need anyone’s help to kick him out of the establishment. This message was delivered loud and clear.
However, the man refused to leave easily. His ego was bruised, and he began to fight back. He pushed Olsen against the wall and began to escalate the altercation. Fortunately, the bar staff came to Olsen’s aid, and together with the bar’s security team, they subdued the drunken groper and waited for the police to arrive.
The cowardly groper started to cry and whine about Olsen when the police arrived. He realized that assaulting a woman had severe consequences and knew that he was headed for jail. The thought of fellow prisoners groping him made him start crying like a baby.
Olsen snapped a picture of the crying groper and shared it on her Twitter account with the message, “This guy grabbed my a**. I dragged him out in a chokehold. He slammed me into a wall. And he is crying like a b**** when he got arrested.”
Her post went viral, with women sharing their support for Olsen for standing up to the thug and sharing their own experiences with predatory men.
Olsen’s toughness surprised the security team at the Arizona bar, but she said it was her East Coast nature, and she just “went all New York on his a**.”
Many women expressed their pride in Olsen for matching the predator’s aggression with a physical reaction of her own.
“If more men got their a**es beat for harassing/assaulting women, they’d learn quickly that a woman’s body belongs to no one but herself,” wrote one commenter.
A dad wrote, “I have three daughters. I hope they do the same.”
Another user wrote, “You are awesome, and I want my daughter to grow up to be just like you.”
Thanks to Olsen’s bravery and quick thinking, she is showing women that it is okay for them to fight back when they are in danger. Women should not have to tolerate any form of sexual misconduct, and men should understand that their actions have consequences.
