His Reason For Eating A Hundred Eggs A Day Will….

Meet the fitness fanatic whose jaw-dropping regimen of consuming 100 eggs daily has the internet in a frenzy of disbelief and concern.

The internet has been buzzing about Fernando Torraca, a man who achieved peak physical fitness through a bizarre and controversial regimen that involves consuming a staggering 100 chicken eggs daily.

Torraca, known as The King of Diet on TikTok, regularly shares videos of his strict lifestyle, including rigorous workout sessions and his extraordinary egg consumption.

The Florida-based fitness enthusiast’s diet revelation has left TikTok users and others in disbelief. Many are questioning how one person can stomach so many eggs without tiring of the taste. Despite the concerns, Torraca maintains that eggs are the only food that doesn’t leave him feeling unwell, and he needs to consume them in such vast quantities to sustain his muscular physique.

Torraca’s unusual diet went viral after he posted a series of TikTok videos showing off his egg-centric lifestyle. This sparked questions and concerns about whether consuming such an excessive number of eggs daily is good for overall health and wellness, or if it could be detrimental.

In one of his videos, Torraca demonstrates the scale of his egg consumption, stating, “Four hundred eggs, believe it or not, will last only four days.” The clip features him carrying a massive quantity of eggs into his home, ready to be incorporated into his daily meals.

Another video captures Torraca cracking open eggs and separating the whites from the yolks. He captioned this video with, “They say [steroids], but they don’t see my struggles. It’s not easy eating 100 eggs daily.”

In a third TikTok video, Torraca highlights his impressive abdominal muscles, asserting, “They don’t know the truth. One hundred eggs per day.”

Aside from his TikTok presence, Torraca also shares content on YouTube. In one video, he explains his affinity for eggs, citing their “fast to digest” nature. To maintain his daily egg consumption, he divides the eggs into five or so small meals throughout the day. While he occasionally includes chicken and fish in his diet, he claims that these other protein sources leave him feeling bloated and gassy.

Torraca elaborated, “My body doesn’t absorb that kind of protein. My body absorbs eggs really well. That’s why I eat a lot of eggs. When I eat chicken, I feel bloated. When I have gas, my belly looks like [I’m] six months pregnant. I don’t like it.”

Real eggs.” This unconventional approach to fitness has certainly piqued the curiosity of many, as people continue to debate the potential risks and benefits of Torraca’s egg-centric diet.
