Those who enjoy grabbing a cold beer with friends can now do so with their pup too. Now, I know that what you just read might sound like it came from the mind of a crazy person; but it’s true.
Ok, so it isn’t actually beer! But it is a perfect treat for your best friend and it comes in a beer can. Beer manufacturer Busch is hoping to let your best friend in on the fun and it is made safe for humans too.
Busch Dog Brew is all-natural and is made from fresh ingredients. It’s Pork Bone Broth in a can! Perfectly refreshing for your best bud!
It’s made with vegetables, herbs, spices, water, and pork broth! All of this helps to promote a healthy digestive system, while also providing a tasty treat for your pet.
“Bone broth is also a great way for dogs who struggle to eat solid food to get all of their extra nutrients,” the website states. “Your best friend is going to love it. We’re pawsitive.”
The drink isn’t actually beer and contains no alcohol or hops, which are both harmful to dogs.
And while dogs can’t drink your beer, you can drink theirs — it just might not taste as good, the website warns.
It’s only sold online and after releasing the first batch, the company sold out. Currently, those interested can sign up for a waiting list.
“Ope! We already sold through our first batch of Dog Brew by Busch,” the website states. “But don’t worry, we’re in the process of brewing more ‘Nectar of the Dogs.’”
Bone broth is great for dogs and helps them get extra nutrients, especially for your older and more fragile buddy. They will love it! You could give it to them in a bowl, or even pour it over their regular food.
A four-pack of Busch’s Turkey Brew costs just fifteen dollars and can be purchased online. The online description describes the dog brew as follows:
“Turkey Brew by Busch is an all-natural product and contains only fresh ingredients. Made with vegetables, herbs, spices, water, and turkey broth to provide your best buddy with a nutritious and tasty snack that helps to promote a healthy digestive system. Bone broth is also a great way for dogs who struggle to eat solid food to get all of their extra nutrients. Your best friend is going to love it. We’re pawsative!”
Busch also gave out three months’ worth of real human beer to 500 people who fostered or adopted a dog.
