Major Democrat Just FLIPPED To The Republican Party!

One thing that you have to remember about people’s political views is that they can always change over time.

People don’t always think the one way and that is a good thing. Especially when you have someone with liberal leanings that decides to actually think straight.

I have a friend that ran as a Democrat on a local election once that switched to Republican in the past five years that ended up getting elected the next time he ran simply because he realized that he needed his views to line up with those of the people he was serving.

This Democrat may have encountered the need for a Higher Power in his life. Sometimes it takes a life altering event to do that. He may have also done some research into the people that founded the country. To be fair, the words “under God” were added in 1954 in response to the Communist threat at the time. But the country’s founders all had a belief in at least the Ten Commandments and God created that.

While the GOP understands man shouldn’t have all that power. More than one President has said two terms is enough. The Twenty Second Amendment was passed in 1947 to keep it that way.

But an unnamed Democrat called C-SPAN on Monday to say he was switching because the word “God” was used so often.

Democrats don’t want people watching Trump

Given he was in the Democratic area of Lorain, OH and didn’t want to be harassed or even killed for his views, “Rick” will be voting red this election.

“The people on the Democratic side, at their convention — acted like they were pushing God right out of it. And that had a lot to do with changing my mind,” the caller explained.

“I’m a lifelong Democrat. I’m from Lorain, Ohio, which is a Democrat city in Ohio. And I just want to say after watching the convention tonight on TV on C-SPAN here, I am definitely changing my vote to Republican. And I’ll tell you what, they just put the Democratic Party to … shame. I’m gonna’ follow the Republican Party now,” he remarked.
