Michigan Official REVEALED Whitmer Purposely Undercounted COVID…

A Democratic Governor now on a hot seat as an investigation result is about to release this Monday stating that the COVID-19 deaths at her state were undercounted by 30%.

During President Donald Trump’s era, the Department of Justice requested data from four Democrat governors on their orders to send sick COVID-19 patients to nursing homes.

And one of the four states who sent sick patients to the nursing homes was Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan.

However, in July 2021, during the Biden administration, the Department of Justice dropped all of the investigations into the Democrat governors who tossed the sick COVID patients into the nursing homes killing tens of thousands of American seniors.

And now, in a statement released Wednesday, Rep. Steven Johnson slammed an upcoming report detailing the death toll at long-term health facilities in the state, set to be released to the public Saturday by the state’s auditor general.

Republican Rep. Steven Johnson told Fox News Digital in a Thursday phone call that Whitmer is “well known” for her executive order “to place COVID-positive patients into nursing homes.”

“And when we were looking into this to see just how deadly that policy was, the nursing home death numbers we received from the department weren’t including everything,” Johnson said, confirming the number in the report was 30%.

Johnson said there are “some serious questions that have to be asked” about the alleged undercounting and that “it does appear the people of Michigan were misled as to just how many nursing home deaths there were” due to Whitmer’s policies.

“Seeing that it’s actually 30% higher is quite significant — we’re talking about thousands of lives that were not initially included in the department’s count,” Johnson continued.

Hundreds or possibly thousands of people who died from COVID-19 in Michigan nursing homes may not have been counted by the state.

This comes from a new auditor general report expected to be released Monday.

The report states Michigan may have undercounted nursing home deaths by 30 percent.

Deadline Detroit reporter Charlie LeDuff, who sued The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) last May, alleged the state undercounted by 42 percent.

LeDuff claims that puts Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on par with former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
