A woman born with the incredibly rare condition of two sets of uteruses, vaginas, and ovaries has defied expectations by turning her unique anatomy into a lucrative career in adult entertainment.
Evelyn Miller, a 31-year-old from Australia’s Gold Coast, was diagnosed with uterus didelphys, an extremely rare condition that left her with two sets of uteruses, vaginas, and ovaries. For years, Evelyn struggled with painful sex and difficulties inserting tampons.
Today, she has learned not only to accept her unique anatomy but also to profit from it as a porn star on platforms such as Pornhub and OnlyFans.
Evelyn, a married mother of two, differentiates between her two vaginas, reserving one for her lucrative career in adult entertainment and the other exclusively for her husband. Prior to her career in porn, she worked as an escort. Now, she earns over £12,000 a week through her content on OnlyFans and PornHub, where she creates videos both solo and with various partners.
The adult star admits that she doesn’t feel like she’s cheating on her husband, as they have agreed on this unique arrangement to accommodate her rare condition.
“I avoided sex for so long… I just didn’t know what was wrong with me,” she said. “OnlyFans has helped me to finally embrace my condition. Creating content and having people completely fascinated by my condition is really great.”
Evelyn first realized something was amiss in 2005 when she tried to insert a tampon but found her anatomy to be abnormal. Her urethra was lower than usual, and her two vaginas were positioned on either side. She tried to have sex for the first time at 17 but experienced difficulties. It wasn’t until 2011 that she was diagnosed with “extreme” uterus didelphys.
Though some patients with uterus didelphys have two uteruses, only a few have two cervixes and two vaginas. Evelyn initially feared her condition would render her infertile, but in October 2020 and again in November 2021, she and her husband successfully conceived. They now have a 20-month-old son, Andrew, and an eight-month-old daughter, Georgia.
“There was always a risk I could be pregnant with two babies at the same time. When I was pregnant with one, we’d still have to use condoms if we wanted to have sex in the other vagina,” Evelyn explained. “Both of my babies were born very small and needed to spend months in intensive care. Thankfully, they’re both happy and healthy now.”
Evelyn’s story demonstrates the power of embracing one’s unique qualities, even when faced with adversity. Through her newfound confidence and career success, she has turned her once-painful reality into an inspiring example of triumph over the obstacles life can present.
