This Woman Used To Weight 750 Pounds, What She Looks Like Now Is….

Are you ready to be inspired? My 600-Lb Life star Milla Clark started her fitness journey at 751 pounds and later revealed she lost the weight of “about three to four people” on her update episode of Where Are They Now?

51-year-old Clark who was bedridden for nearly three years has become My 600lb Life’s most successful patient ever by shedding 596 lbs (42.5 stone). The woman, who had to rely on children to wash and care for her over the past two years, has also learned how to walk again, according to reports.

When we first met Clark the television program, the mother of five topped the scales at 751 pounds. Clark lived with her family in Fayetteville, Tennessee, and could not do anything by herself. She relied on her family to wash her body and clean under her folds of fat. She could not walk and required them to bring her sustenance.

Clark had a difficult childhood, and this influenced her strained relationship with food. She revealed that she had to eat any food her mom offered as a child, or the latter would see it as a rejection.

Hence, Clark’s mom practically force-fed her and her siblings. Besides this, she also saw her mom’s food as warmth and wanted nothing else but to eat more and more. The unhealthy behavior continued into her adulthood and became a problem.

Clark was dependent on her kids for everything. During her appearance on the show, it was important for her to walk because she had not been able to do so for a long time.

Clark is proud of her five adopted kids, and they played their part in her health and well-being by cleaning, cooking, and caring for her for many years. Watching her kids do all these made her feel ashamed, and she strongly desired to improve her life for herself and them.

“Every single day of my life is miserable,” she said at the time. “I have been trapped in these four walls for more than two years. During that time, I have not stood one time. All I can do is eat and sleep,” the Daily Mail reported.

She was put on a weight loss program and Clark lost a 100lbs on her own and went on for the surgery. After her lymphedema was removed, she continued on her health journey, and once she was able to stand on her own, she underwent weight loss surgery.

The 51-year-old remained dedicated through this and faltered briefly only when her husband died of a heart attack two months into the filming of the show. She was devastated because she could not leave her bed to visit him in the hospital before he passed away.

However, her children continued to motivate her to stick to her journey, and she became more determined to become a “proper mom” to her children. Once she got under 200lbs, Clark got both her knees replaced so she could finally stand upright without her cane.

After undergoing multiple surgeries, Clark looks like a new person and is unrecognizable from the woman that weighed 750 pounds. She is now mobile and shares updates of herself on social media.

Clark has a growing number of followers on her Instagram page, where she shared multiple pictures of herself and her family members.

Clark and her incredible success stories show that nothing is permanent. It may last a while, but with determination, hard work, and perseverance, one will finally conquer and be the best one can be.
