Remember last summer when Biden’s regime bragged about 16-cent savings at a typical July 4th cookout?
Good times! A seeming 2021 victory for Team Biden which they thought was brag-worthy. This was a joke and Americans knew it.
As the summer of 2022 begins, those extra 16 cents — and plenty more hard-earned dollars — are now long gone due to the skyrocketing energy costs and record inflation that pushed our economy to the brink of recession and have become the hallmark of Joe Biden’s presidency, known as Bidenflation.
In fact, according to an analysis by the Congressional Budget Office, Bidenflation now costs the typical American family some $5,000 a year.
But now, the Biden gang won’t be able to make some FALSE propaganda as they were bragging about last year.
Americans preparing to celebrate the Fourth of July holiday can expect to spend even more, as the average price of traditional cookout costs at least 17 percent more than it will in 2021, The Daily Mail reported.
Prices for all the BBQ staples, including burgers, hot dogs, chicken, have gone up and could cost $76.94 for the average cookout for a family of four, according to the Consumer Price Index compiled by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
The price is more than 17 percent from last year’s total of $65.46.
Hot dogs are now up 37.37 percent a pound from 2021, rising from $3.80 to $5.22. Chicken is up 27.89 percent and soda is up 16.56 percent.
Don’t expect any similarly celebratory social media posts from the Biden Administration this year, because Bidenflation is making Americans’ pockets empty.
