It has been proven that getting woke eventually will make you broke.
And every company should remember this and mark it into their hearts. But unfortunately, they don’t, many times they get away with this “progressive/communist” behavior because we – the majority – don’t use our purchasing power to send them a message.
Now, the whole people in West Virginia are sending a huge message to one of their local banks.
Due to its anti-energy stance, West Virginia is bow dumping the “BlackRock,” a local woke bank in the state.

West Virginia state Treasurer Riley Moore announced Monday that his state would end the use of a BlackRock Inc. investment fund over the firm’s push for climate-focused investment strategies that Moore says threaten his state’s economy.
“As the state’s chief financial officer and chairman of the Board of Treasury Investments, I have a duty to ensure that taxpayer dollars are managed in a responsible, financially sound fashion which reflects the best interests of our state and country, and I believe doing business with BlackRock runs contrary to that duty,” Moore said in a statement.

“BlackRock’s funneling of billions in U.S. capital to China carries with it dangers not current in different markets, dangers that threaten the massive wagers the corporate is placing on steep returns from the Center Kingdom,” Customers’ Analysis Government Director Will Hild wrote within the letter.
“Chinese language companies are usually not held to the identical transparency requirements as their western counterparts, so overseas traders are sometimes arduous pressed to understand the true danger profile of what they’re investing in,” Hild added.
