Another mysterious death of a healthy NFL top-tier athlete…Cops now investigating what they called ‘questionable death.’
Baltimore Ravens outside linebacker Jaylon Ferguson died at a very young age. He was just 26 years old.
The Baltimore Ravens made the announcement of his passing, in the early hours on Wednesday. The Ravens made no additional statements regarding Ferguson’s passing.
Ferguson was discovered in a North Baltimore home after police were called at 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21 night, according to Tim Prudente of the Baltimore Banner. When police officers entered a Baltimore home, Ferguson was unconscious and receiving medical attention.

“We are profoundly saddened by the tragic passing of Jaylon Ferguson. He was a kind, respectful young man with a big smile and infectious personality. We express our heartfelt condolences to Jaylon’s family and friends as we mourn a life lost much too soon.”

The Baltimore Police Dept. tells TMZ Sports … officers responded to a Baltimore residence at around 11:25 PM on Tuesday regarding a report of a “questionable death.”
Police say when they arrived on scene, they found Ferguson unresponsive while being treated by medics.
“Ferguson never regained consciousness,” cops say, “and was pronounced dead on the scene by medics.”

More details were provided by ESPN:
“We are profoundly saddened by the tragic passing of Jaylon Ferguson,” the team said in a statement. “He was a kind, respectful young man with a big smile and infectious personality. We express our heartfelt condolences to Jaylon’s family and friends as we mourn a life lost much too soon.”
At approximately 11:25 p.m. Tuesday, Baltimore Police said officers responded to a home in the northern district of the city, where they found Ferguson unresponsive and being treated by medics. Ferguson never regained consciousness and was pronounced dead on the scene by medics, according to police.
Baltimore Police said there were no signs of trauma found or foul play suspected at this time. Ferguson’s body was transported to the medical examiner’s office, where a cause of death will be determined.
