A Louisiana cop posted a video on Facebook detailing what happened at a Red Cross shelter when he visited victims while off-duty. And now that video is going viral as more people find out what the Red Cross did to this charitable man.

Ironically, while they were shutting down prayer in their shelters, the Red Cross was also asking for donations by running a raffle with Britney Spears’ clothing as the prize:
