He Committed A HORRIFIC Crime Against A Three Month Old Baby, What The Judge Did To Him….

In a shocking case from North Carolina, a man convicted of sexually assaulting an infant and causing severe physical harm was given a lenient sentence by the judge, who believed the perpetrator to be a good person deep down.

Child rapists are considered the worst of the worst even among criminals. Those who target innocent victims to satisfy their sick desires are often met with retribution from fellow inmates if their crimes become known. However, in this case, the convicted man seems to have escaped severe punishment.

The horrifying incident occurred in October 2017, when 33-year-old Andrew Glaser sexually assaulted a three-month-old baby girl, breaking her ribs in the process. Following the attack, Glaser brought the infant to the hospital, claiming she had been injured.

Upon examination, doctors discovered the child’s crushed ribs and further evidence of abuse. In addition to the rib injuries, they found that her genital area had been severely damaged. The baby’s fibula, tibia, and femur were also healing from previous fractures. As Glaser’s story unraveled, he eventually admitted to causing the baby’s injuries by pushing her legs up into her stomach to allegedly alleviate gas buildup.

Investigators obtained a search warrant for Glaser’s phone and discovered explicit images of the child being sexually abused. Consequently, he faced charges of rape and possession of illegal child images. Glaser opted for an “Alfred Plea,” which allows the defendant to acknowledge that the evidence against them would likely lead to a conviction without admitting guilt.

Despite the horrific nature of Glaser’s crimes, the judge appeared to show sympathy for the convicted child rapist and sentenced him to a mere four years in prison. Many argue that this is an inadequate amount of time to contemplate, let alone be punished for, such heinous acts.

Instead of advocating for the infant victim, the North Dakota judge seemingly sided with Glaser and his defense team, who lamented how the rape case had abruptly halted his life two years prior. Glaser expressed remorse for his actions, apologizing for sexually assaulting the infant and causing her grievous bodily harm. The lenient sentencing, in this case, has raised concerns about the criminal justice system’s ability to adequately punish and deter such despicable crimes.
