One Virginia man found his neighbor in his yard in a very compromising situation. He reported the man to authorities, and the man has now been arrested. He was reportedly caring ‘suspicious bacon,’ among other things.
Bobby Wood called the local sheriff’s department in Amherst County last October after spotting an odd sight. His neighbor was laying face-down near a dog kennel in Wood’s yard.
Evan Patrick Cater, 31, was wearing camouflage and a mask that night. He was carrying a 9 mm gun and “bacon covered in an unknown substance.” He was drunk and had passed out.
Authorities investigated and Cater said he was just relaxing.
Wood has made complaints before about Cater shooting firearms in his yard, a ‘no-shoot zone.’
Cater was arrested. He’s been charged with trespassing, public intoxication, carrying a gun while intoxicated, wearing a mask in public.
No word on the substance on the bacon, or what he planned to do with it.
