The Dems Latest Hail Mary Is Just Beyond Sad…

Dems are now using Jan. 6 investigation as part of their political stunt in a much bigger plan for their 2022 ambition. Dems already know what’s coming, and they are now in full panic mode.

Their main target is Former President Donald Trump and other Republican legislators who are a threat to their political existence. And now. Dems are exploiting a Civil War-era constitutional provision to attempt to paint them as traitors.

This is no longer an investigation committee, this is Dems targeting Republicans and preventing them from running the office.

In fact, this lefty organization is already on the move, the so-called Free Speech for People and Our Revolution has written to election authorities in all 50 states, pushing them to exclude Former President Trump and his sympathizers from being eligible to vote in the next presidential election.

Here’s what Paco Fabian, the campaign director for Our Revolution, said:

“Our democracy is under attack on many levels, and grassroots activists are prepared to take a stand to preserve it.”
According to the statement, our election authorities must adhere to the law, and any present or past elected officials who took part in the January 6th rebellion must be disqualified from running for office in the future.
Here is the section of the 14th amendment most do not know about:
All this happen amid rumors that Former President Trump would run for president again in 2024, immediately, they sent letters to individual state electoral boards as Trump be removed from ballots.
The letter reads as stated by Ron Fein, Legal Director of Free Speech For People:

“The interplay between the functions of Congress and the states in the presidential selection process is at the heart of your power and obligation to remove an ineligible candidate from the presidential ballot. While the states play an important role in this process, they are unable to do so in a manner that is compatible with the United States Constitution.”

Here’s what brave Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan said as he refuse to participate in a special House committee’s probe into the disturbance.

“It’s just Democrats behaving like Democrats. It’s just Democrats acting like Democrats.”

Here’s what Rep. Jordan said during the interview:

“There is no precedent, no principle, and no rule that the Democrats would not break.” GOP members of committees have been removed, and Republicans will not be allowed to serve on [the] Select Committee. They have ordered the Capitol to be shuttered. They’ve put in place a system of proxy voting. They seek to elevate D.C. to the status of a state. They want to put an end to the filibuster. They would want to see the Electoral College abolished. They want to fill the [Supreme] Court with people. They want elections to be held on a nationwide scale. The evidence used by the committee on January 6th was manipulated, and the committee lied to the American people. As a result, there’s nothing they won’t strive to do.”

Free Speech for People portrays itself as a pro-democracy organization that is dedicated to removing money from politics and increasing voting rights in the United States.

Left-wing policies such as the Green New Deal and Medicare for All are promoted by Our Revolution. The organization was formed in the aftermath of Sen. Bernie Sanders’ 2016 presidential campaign, during which he ran as an independent from Vermont and self-described socialist. However, leftist activists have escalated their assaults on Republicans who protested to the certification of the 2020 presidential election results, connecting them to the violence that occurred on Jan. 6, 2021, despite legal experts’ predictions that the campaign would fail.

The organizations are relying on the 14th Amendment, which was established in 1868, to argue that legislators and the former president should be barred from standing for office as a result of their alleged participation in instigating the assault. As a result of the Civil War and the Reconstruction era, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which was ratified in 1868, disqualifies anybody from holding public office who has taken an oath to preserve the United States Constitution but afterward acts in “insurrection or rebellion” against the government.
