Jonathan Scott, aspiring country singer and co-host of “Property Brothers” on HGTV, will not face charges in a bar fight that happened earlier this year.

Surveillance video released last week shows Scott, 38, in the middle of a scuffle with customers and bouncers at Dempsey’s Public House in Fargo, N.D. In the footage, Scott is escorted from the bar, comes back and is escorted outside again.

The incident, which happened April 24 at 2 a.m., ended with Scott being placed in a choke-hold by a bouncer, according to Us Weekly.

Fargo City Attorney Erik Johnson told the Minneapolis Star Tribune he will not file charges against Scott because “there was not sufficient evidence to establish a violation of either simple assault or disorderly conduct… beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Scott and his identical twin brother Drew were in Fargo to speak at the Eco Chic Design Conference.
