Since Trump won the election, libs have been frantically worrying about what roles the new president’s children might have in his White House.

After news broke that the first daughter was given both a security clearance and an office in the West Wing without holding a specific ‘position’, libs lost their friggin’ minds.

However, recently The President came out to announce that Ivanka will, in fact, be playing a role in his administration.

According to The New York Times, Ivanka will “serve as assistant to the president, while her husband Jared Kushner will remain as a senior adviser.”

Respectfully, Ivanka responded to her critics after the major firestorm erupted:

“I have heard the concerns some have with my advising the President in my personal capacity while voluntarily complying with all ethics rules, and I will instead serve as an unpaid employee in the White House Office, subject to all of the same rules as other federal employees.

Throughout this process I have been working closely and in good faith with the White House counsel and my personal counsel to address the unprecedented nature of my role.”

Now that President Trump has confirmed the positions, as they do best…left wing loonies have already begun their attacks.

Norman Eisen, ethics lawyer for both President Barack Obama and President George W. Bush, said that Ivanka — an executive in her father’s real estate company — lacked the qualifications for a White House job, calling her position “nepotism”:

However, it seems as though they have forgotten about Valerie Jarrett.

Jarrett — a real estate executive who advised President Obama through all eight years of his presidency, warranted Secret Service protection, and even kept living quarters in the White House.

Twitchy noted that Jarrett, a longtime friend of the Obamas prior to her taking a position within the White House, had no Washington experience but was one of the few people (save Michelle) that the president would not “say no to.”

Take note:

Jarrett was paid in excess of $175,000 annually.

Ivanka Trump has said that she will accept a $0 salary.
