You want to see me at my most proud? It’s when I force myself to do 20 minutes of cardio after I lift weights. I feel like I’m days away from looking like Rambo from Rambo II, a few weeks away from training for the UFC Middleweight championship, and I’m already gearing up to call the Rock out on Instagram to tell him that I’m gunning for him.
In reality though, whenever I’m put through a workout that’s super grueling, my mind goes on auto-pilot into my safe place and my soul cries on the inside until it’s over.
But now I have to really step my game up because this 9-year old girl from Miami, Milla Bizzotto, completed a the Bullfrog fitness challenge.

What’s that? Bullfrogs don’t sound hardcore? Well, sure the race might have a pretty dumb name, but you know what isn’t dumb? The fact that Milla, despite being a pre-teen, completed a 24-hour race that’s comprised of 36 miles of running, 8 kilometers of swimming, and a 25 obstacle course for six laps.

CBS Miami reported that Milla was bullied in school, so she asked her dad if she could run the race with him, to help inspire kids her age to be nicer to each other and get active.
“I think the bullying thing has died down without her having to take physical action just because her outlook is so much different now that she knows how to defend herself.”
Her father, Christian, also coached her for the event, proving he’s either a hell of a teacher, or that he’s packing some amazing genes.
