Brazilian model, Jennifer Pamplona, has spent thousands to get four pints of fat injected into her bum to look like Kim Kardashian.
The force of the Kardashian effect can be felt in this woman’s story after she spent much of her financial assets on numerous surgeries to emulate her idol, the eldest member of the Kardashian Klan.
The 29-year-old from Sao Paolo has spent more than $470,000 on surgery, including injections of four pints of fat into her bum, in an aspirational move to look like Kim Kardashian.
But it’s risky. In fact, eight doctors declined to do the surgery, fearing for the young woman’s health.
“My doctors have asked me if I am scared to die from the surgeries, but, in my opinion, if it happens I will die happy and beautiful,” she said in an interview.
The New York Post reports that Jennifer went under the knife more than 40 times over the last 12 years in a bid to transform herself into a reality TV star. The procedures included three rhinoplasties, butt implants, lip fillers, and fat injections – all to turn herself into a Kim Kardashian lookalike.
Jennifer also wears the bimbo badge with pride. “People say I’m stupid, but I have achieved a lot,” she insists. “I came from a poor Brazilian village…[now I’m] famous and [have] created a company. I’m a good person, I support my family, support charities, I don’t drink or do drugs, I do my best for the world and try to be a better person every day.”
But more than 12 years after she first went under the knife at the age of 17, Pamplona says she realized she was suffering from body dysmorphia and wants to ‘detransition’. The 29-year-old, originally from Brazil, says she has paid more than $120K approximately, to look like her real self again.
“I was going through so many different surgeries to have the signature Kardashian style,” she was quoted as saying by the Daily Mail. “I was happy having this Kardashian style look, it made me money and I enjoyed life. I was happy, but now, I just want to be recognised as who I really am.”
Jennifer’s transformation into the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star catapulted her to social media fame. She gained a million followers on Instagram and her story was covered by several tabloids.
