These Two News Anchors Were thrown Off The Air, The Real Reason….

Today’s episode of Good Morning America was missing two familiar faces: Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes.

This is because ABC News has temporarily benched GMA3co-anchors Holmes, 45, and Robach, 49,  while the network and president Kim Godwin figure out what the next steps should be in the wake of a tabloid report revealing a personal relationship between the anchors.

Godwin announced the move on ABC’s Monday morning editorial call.

“I want to say that while the relationship is not a violation of company policy, I really have taken the last few days to think about and work through what I think is best for the ABC News organization,” Godwin said, per a source who was on the call.“These decisions are not easy, they are not knee-jerk, but they are necessary for the brand and for our priority which, you guys know, are all of us — the people here at ABC.”

Back in November, the U.S. received some exciting daytime-TV news entirely unrelated to Meghan McCain’s hair: Two Good Morning America co-hosts, Robach and Holmes, appear to have had an affair. Complicated for them but intriguing for us, this info emerged thanks to a lot of very talkative “insiders” at ABC and an alarmingly thorough timeline of their reported relationship published by the DailyMail.

Suddenly, GMA’s lunchtime segment officially titled GMA3: What You Need to Know, was the most compelling hour of TV on earth. Since then, things have spiraled from juicy to an absolute mess.

While their relationship wasn’t technically against company policy, it was pretty scandalous, considering they were both technically still married to other people.

Robach and Holmes quietly separated from their respective spouses in August, but they seem to have tried to keep their relationship covered up. However, someone has devoted considerable time and energy to tailing them on many of their covert meetups, and the results are both creepy and hard not to love.

More details of Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes’ love affair from AWM:

When it became public news that they were dating each other, they were taken off the air – immediately because the network did not want the American public to find out about the scandal. But it was too late, and all the network could do was damage control.

The story of Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes serves as a reminder that workplace relationships should be handled very carefully, even if it’s not explicitly against company policy. It’s always smart to keep your relationship as private as possible and make sure you’re aware of the potential risks and consequences before starting something with someone at work. That way, you can avoid a scandal like the one Amy and T.J. found themselves in – and potentially keep your job.

This scandal serves as an example of why some companies have policies that forbid romantic relationships between coworkers. While it might sound like a good idea in theory, when it comes to reality, the consequences could be severe. Companies need to weigh the potential risks against any potential benefits of allowing coworkers to dating each other before making a decision on policy. In the end, it’s up to the company to decide what they’re comfortable with. However, this case serves as an example of why it might be more prudent to keep coworkers from dating each other.

On Thursday, December 15, Robach and Holmes were seen walking arm in arm in New York’s Financial District for the first time since they were taken off the air, per the Daily Mail. The publication’s photos showed the two getting lunch at the Capital Grille.

Am I the only one who thinks this whole thing is starting to seem way too much like an episode of The Morning Show?
